If you choose Toyota to service your vehicle, you’ll get expert technicians, who only use genuine parts.

IS YOUR CAR ELIGIBLE FOR TOYOTA RELAX?

All eligible TOYOTA models coming in for a periodic service automatically receive a Toyota Relax Warranty.

Eligible criteria:

• Applies to both Toyota cars and commercial vehicles
• Your vehicle must be over 2 years old 
• The remaining manufacturer’s warranty must be less than 1 year or less than 15,000 km.
• Vehicle must be less than 10 years old and have covered less than 185,000 km
• Vehicle was originally manufactured for supply to a UK or European market.

Then when your next service is due again, if you come back to us a new 12 month Toyota Relax warranty will be activated for your vehicle. You can continue to benefit from Toyota Relax up until the vehicle’s 10th birthday or until it has completed 185,000 kms, if you return to us for your next service. Yes, it's that easy, so sit back and relax knowing we have you covered!
TOYOTA RELAX - Now that's peace of mind

With Toyota Relax, your service activated warranty will be valid from the date of your service until your next service is due - usually, *12 months or 15,000 km-whichever comes first*, so it's important to keep to your schedule to get a new warranty and remain covered while it's still eligible.

*Note – for some models with longer mileage service intervals, the mileage duration is 20,000 kms. Example of this include Toyota Proace and selected Toyota Avensis, Toyota Rav4 and Toyota Verso diesel models. Please speak to us for more information.

The Toyota Hybrid Battery Extended Care Programme has been carefully developed to provide you with reassuring protection where in the unlikely event of the Hybrid Battery failing, it will be replaced free of charge.

This can be renewed up to the 15th anniversary of the car's registration, with no limit on total mileage. Hybrid Battery Extended Care is included when you have a Hybrid Service carried out on your vehicle by the Toyota network. Taxi's are only eligible for 5 Hybrid Battery Health Checks.

The Hybrid Health Check is included with every Hybrid Service.

I bought my car second hand and not from a Toyota dealer, is it still eligible?
Yes, you do not have to previously purchased the vehicle from a Toyota dealer.

What is a service activated warranty?
If you get your Toyota serviced by a Toyota Authorized repairer you get a 12-month warranty on your vehicle.

I didn't service with a Toyota dealer in the past, can I benefit from relax warranty?
Yes, you are always welcome! Whenever you perform a maintenance at an authorised Toyota Dealer, you will benefit from a Toyota Relax warranty until your next service is due. That is a 1-year or 15,000km warranty(whichever comes first) for most Toyota vehicles*. Relax can only be granted if your vehicle is less than 10 years or fewer than 185,000 km from the first registration of your vehicle.
*Please check your vehicle Service and Warranty booklet to discover your vehicle service schedule.

May I get relax warranty if I haven't had the maintenance done with a Toyota repairer in previous years?
Your vehicle will benefit from Toyota Relax, regardless of whether you have had your previous maintenance outside of the Toyota Authorised Network, as long as your vehicle is eligible.

Is my vehicle still eligble for Toyota Relax if I missed my service due date?
Yes, you are always welcome! You will benefit from Toyota Relax until your vehicle reaches 10 years or 185,000km mileage from the vehicle's first registration.

I have relax cover, does this mean that I must visit a Toyota dealer for my next maintenance?
No. We hope to see you again and be able to provide to your vehicle the next maintenance so you can benefit from a new Toyota Relax warranty.

For additional peace of mind during any unforeseen circumstances we have partnered with AA Ireland to offer you a Roadside Assistance package which covers you personally in any vehicle. This can be purchased in store, or email service@grandons.ie. This cost of this Assistance Service is €150.00.
